He didn’t ask for it, didn’t sign up for it. Logan, born James Howlett, lives a life of suffering. He also lives a life like now other because Logan has abilities never seen before. Is he a mistake of nature or is he a next evolutionary step? Whatever he is, he is what is referred to as a mutant, possessing an accelerated healing process that regenerates damaged or destroyed areas of his body far beyond the capabilities of an ordinary human. This together with animal-keen senses gives Logan the ability to live much longer than a normal human life span.

Lost and lonely, with no means to express the anger and hatred he feels for those who put his life through hell, Logan aligns himself with Team X, a CIA black ops organization linked to the clandestine Weapon Plus program. Here he finds what he is looking for, or at least what he
thinks he is looking for. Intensive training and an irreversible physical treatment strengthens Logan’s skeleton with the near indestructible metal alloy adamantium. In combination with Logan’s mutant abilities and providing him with knife sharp detractable claws, Logan transforms in a human animal, an organic killing machine and weapon as the world has not seen before. Once again he changes identity. Logan becomes Wolverine.
